Postnatal Yoga (Formerly "Mama with Baby Yoga")
Postnatal Yoga is designed to help new moms get moving and breathing again after pregnancy. Babies/toddlers are welcome! Classes will focus on the mom's needs and will center around regaining strength in the core, back, and pelvic muscles while releasing tension in the shoulders, neck, and chest. Classes will provide a supportive environment so that moms who bring their little ones will feel at ease with whatever may come up during class (crying, nursing, diapering...), and all moms will have an opportunity to discuss questions/concerns that might arise during this new chapter of life.
