Postnatal Yoga (Formerly "Mama with Baby Yoga")
Postnatal Yoga is designed to help new moms get moving and breathing again after pregnancy. These gentle classes build strength and release tension through a combination of standing, seated and reclining poses suitable for both beginner and advanced students. Each mom's specific needs will be addressed, whether they be 6 weeks, 6 months, or more than a year post-partum. Babies/toddlers are welcome! Classes will provide a supportive environment so that moms who bring their little ones will feel at ease with whatever may come up during class (crying, nursing, diapering).
No prior yoga experience necessary. Appropriate for women at least 1 month post-partum (minimum 2 months following a C-section).

Fall 6 week series:
November 2 - December 14 (no class 11/23), $90
Payment for the series is nonrefundable. If space is available, a series can be joined at any time for a prorated amount.
12/21, $16 each
Drop-ins are not permitted for classes in a series, but these special make-up/trial classes are offered between sessions. Bring your baby and give it a try!
In case of inclement weather, registrants will be notified if class is canceled. Any make-up classes will be added on to the end of the session.
