This will be open to expecting parents of multiples, as well as those with multiples already.

There will be a range of topics of discussion from breastfeeding, delivering at Vassar Medical Center, Necessary Baby Gear, Surviving the first few weeks/ i.e. sleep deprivation, Pregnancy issues, Having Preemies, Stay at Home Dads, Getting Dads involved, Working and multiples, OBGYN offices, Pediatricians, having multiples and additional children

TINY YOGA AT THE YOGA WAY

Come out and play at this yoga class for the tiny members of your family. Parents and caregivers can enjoy some quality contact time with baby.

Learn some postures and movements that will enrich your everyday activities with your baby and spice up your baby playtime. We will also explore a few gentle movements to help release the tension from daily babyholding.

Most of all, come out and have FUN for an hour!

This workshop is appropriate for nonwalking babies (crawlers fit into this category) and the adults who love them. No previous yoga experience is necessary.

Class will be taught by Marnie McKnight-Favell and her 10-month-old daughter, Violet. Marnie is a nationally certified instructor, RYT 500, teaching regular and prenatal yoga classes at The Yoga Way. Violet is a passionate baby who brings laughter and energy with her everywhere she goes.
