Each mama can attend to the physical benefits of rebuilding, restrengthening and restoring the postpartum body while having baby in arms or on your mat next to you. This 6 week series offers emotional support from a community of women going down the same path and a chance to stretch and destress!
The class will focus on rebuilding the pelvic floor, abdominal, and back muscles and open and stretch the shoulder, chest and neck.Please bring yoga mat, water bottle and a blanket for baby.
This 6 weeks series is $90. Must be cleared for gentle exercise by OB/Midwife.
