Little Yogis: Yoga for Kids (2-4yo)
This 45-minute yoga class will introduce yoga to your children in a fun and playful way. This class incorporates fun breathing techniques and playful poses using storytelling, songs, and games. The class environment is fun and playful while at the same time, children learn techniques to relax and maintain their sense of calm at home.
Children should wear comfortable clothing and leave their socks off during class to prevent slipping.
