As a mama to be there are the joys of feeling the little one growing inside and getting your life ready for their exciting arrival. At this time it is also extremely important to begin connecting at a deeper level. Here you can really start to feel your baby in your heart and all they love that will be shared. This is an exercise you can practice everyday or whenever you feel you might need it to breathe, connect and feel the love.
*Begin by sitting in a comfortable seat and place your left hand over your heart and your right hand over your belly. Feel your breath coming in through the nose and out through the nose. Settling in and relaxing here into the breath.
*Breathe deeper into your heart and feel the energy, love, gratitude, compassion and kindness stirring inside of you. Take a few moments to breathedeeply here.
* Now deepen the connection by feeling all of the love release into your belly moving straight to your baby's heart with each exhale and receiving love from your baby with each inhale. Letting the love flow freely, feeling it deeply, knowing there will always be enough. Stay here and breath into this connect for as long as you would like.
